About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and hands-on
Operations Manager
to lead and streamline operations across our diverse business verticals, including
Catering, Poultry Farming, and Manufacturing
.
This role requires a strong operator mindset with the ability to manage end-to-end business functions, drive growth, and build scalable systems in a fast-paced startup environment.
1. Business & P&L Ownership
- Own and manage
- complete P&L
- across multiple business units
- Drive profitability through cost optimization and revenue enhancement strategies
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and key metrics
2. Operations & Process Management
- Design, implement, and optimize
- operational systems and workflows
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across catering, farm, and manufacturing units
- Build scalable processes to support business growth
3. Business Development & Marketing
- Lead
- business development initiatives
- across B2B and B2C channels
- Drive
- digital marketing efforts
- including social media campaigns
- Identify new revenue streams, partnerships, and market opportunities
4. Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams across different business units
- Drive accountability, performance, and team productivity
- Build and scale teams as the business expands
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with founders and leadership to execute business strategy
- Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams
- Ensure alignment across all functions for seamless execution
6. Business Cycle Management
- Oversee the
- entire business lifecycle
- from procurement to delivery
- Ensure efficiency in supply chain, production, and distribution
- Maintain quality standards and compliance across all units
Key Requirements
- **10+ years of experience**
- in operations within startups or high-growth environments
- Background in
Catering / Poultry / Manufacturing
- preferred
- Proven experience in
- handling P&L and end-to-end business operations
- Strong
- multitasking and problem-solving ability
- Experience working closely with
- founders/entrepreneurs
- Demonstrated ability to manage
- multiple business verticals simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Hands-on, execution-focused mindset with high ownership
