Role Overview
We are looking for a **high-impact Operations Manager** to drive **fleet performance, revenue optimization, and operational discipline** across a fast-growing limousine and EV fleet business.
This is not a desk role — this is a **command-center position** responsible for ensuring every car, every driver, and every platform minute is monetized.
1. Revenue & Fleet Optimization
- Maximize **daily revenue per vehicle** across Uber, Careem, Yango, etc.
- Monitor live performance: online hours, trip count, idle time
- Identify underperforming drivers and take immediate action
2. Driver Performance & Control
- Enforce discipline on reporting, timing, and trip accountability
- Eliminate revenue leakage (offline trips / misuse)
- Implement incentive structures aligned with targets
3. Real-Time Operations Management
- Manage a **live operations dashboard / control room**
- Track fleet status: active, inactive, breakdown, accidents
- Ensure maximum uptime of vehicles
4. Cost & Efficiency Management
- Control operational costs: fuel/charging, maintenance, fines
- Optimize EV usage via in-house charging infrastructure
- Improve overall cost per vehicle vs revenue ratio
5. Reporting & Accountability
- Daily MIS reporting: revenue, trips, utilization
- Weekly performance reviews with action plan
- Zero storytelling — **data-backed execution only**
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
