Job Overview
Elite Shine Dubai is looking for a **smart, energetic, and highly decisive Operations Manager** to lead daily operations in a **very fast-paced automotive detailing environment**.
The ideal candidate must have **strong hands-on knowledge** of all premium car care services and the ability to manage workflow efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage **end-to-end operational workflow**
- Act as a **key decision-maker** for daily operational challenges.
- Ensure smooth coordination between service advisors, technicians and management.
- Plan and control manpower, job allocation and turnaround time.
- Monitor quality standards for **detailing, PPF, tint, wrapping and paint work.**
- Handle customer escalations and operational bottlenecks effectively.
- Implement and strictly enforce **SOPs, discipline and productivity standards.**
- Drive performance in a **high-volume, fast-paced working environment.**
- Ensure operational targets and deadlines are consistently met.
Mandatory Requirements
- **Strong technical knowledge of car detailing, PPF, tinting, wrapping and paint work.**
- Proven experience managing operations in a **very fast-paced automotive environment.**
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team-handling capability.
- Smart, energetic and proactive personality.
- Flexible with working hours as per operational demands.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in **automotive detailing, body shop or premium car care industry.**
- Experience managing high daily vehicle volume.
- Ability to work under continuous pressure without compromising quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
