We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing holiday home team and help us deliver outstanding experiences for both our guests and property owners.

📋 Strong organizational and time management skills

🤝 Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

🏡 Experience in hospitality, property management, real estate, or operations is an advantage

📄 Ability to prepare and manage Owner Management Agreements and related documentation

👥 Confident in communicating professionally with property owners, guests, and service providers

📱 Comfortable using digital tools and property management systems

🔧 Able to coordinate maintenance requests and ensure smooth daily operations

💡 Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to solve problems independently

🇬🇧 Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages such as German are a plu
