Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, ensuring recruitment processes and service delivery run smoothly and efficiently across all client accounts.

The Operations Manager will coordinate staffing operations, monitor performance metrics, optimize workflows, and implement best practices to meet service-level agreements and business objectives.

Responsibilities

include managing and guiding operations staff, allocating resources, coordinating with recruitment and account management teams, and resolving operational issues in a timely manner.

The role also involves developing and documenting standard operating procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, maintaining compliance with local regulations, and preparing operational reports for senior management.

Qualifications

  • Strong operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated people management abilities, such as team leadership, coaching, delegation, and conflict resolution.
  • Proficiency in communication and stakeholder management, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend practical improvements.
  • Experience in recruitment, staffing, or professional services operations is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with operational tools or software (e.g., CRM, ATS, or ERP systems) and strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Human Resources, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
