🚨 We’re Hiring | Factory Operations Manager
Urbano is looking for an experienced Factory Operations Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations.
- Plan, manage, and optimize production processes.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Lead and develop production, warehouse, and operations teams.
- Improve operational efficiency, productivity, and cost performance.
- Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
