Operations Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficient workflow across all departments.
• Develop and implement operational plans in line with the Group’s goals and strategy.
• Continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage human and operational resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Prepare periodic operational reports and present them to senior management.
• Lead and motivate teams while fostering a culture of excellence and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and operational procedures.

& Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, including experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic planning and operational management.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in modern administrative systems and technology solutions.
