Overview
Our client is expanding operations into Dubai and are seeking a highly organized, entrepreneurial Business Administration & Operations Manager to work directly with the CEO to help establish and grow the Dubai unit.
This is a dynamic role combining operations, business development, executive assistance, and systems building.
The successful candidate will help organize operations, acquire corporate clients, build internal systems, assist with hiring and team development, and support the CEO with administrative and strategic tasks across both the Dubai and U.S. operations.

Requirements
✔ Fluency in English, French, Russian languages would be a plus.
✔ Previous experience in a dental clinic, healthcare, or high-end hospital setting
✔ Excellent spoken and written English
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
✔ Professional appearance and demeanor
✔ Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management systems
✔ Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
