Role overview
Operations Manager – Site Execution, responsible for independently managing medium-scale construction projects from mobilization through execution, closure, and handover.
The role manages site supervisors, contractors, and labour teams and coordinates with clients and internal teams.
Location stated for the role: Delhi NCR / multiple project sites. Office location: Sultanpur.
Site execution and team leadership
- Mobilize and prepare project sites before execution; understand drawings, BOQs, specifications, and execution methods.
- Oversee façade, structural, and related architectural installation and execution.
- Lead supervisors, contractors, and labour teams; ensure discipline, productivity, quality, and accountability.
- Review site progress, manage 2–3 sites simultaneously, and ensure work meets approved drawings, BOQs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Identify and proactively resolve project delays, technical challenges, and site-level issues.
Coordination and handover
- Coordinate execution with Project, Design, Production, Purchase, and Site teams; report daily and weekly progress to leadership.
- Coordinate with clients at project sites and align client expectations with project requirements and site execution.
- Own project closure and final handover, including completing snag lists and pending site activities.
- Coordinate final project billing and obtain signed project handover documents from clients.
Qualifications and experience
- A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 6–12 years of experience in civil construction, structural execution, façade execution, or related site operations is listed under Preferred Skills & Experience.
- Strong understanding of medium-scale construction and site execution projects; experience managing teams and multiple sites.
- Strong knowledge of drawings, BOQs, execution methodology, and project timelines.
- Metal façade or architectural envelope project experience is an added advantage.
Candidate capabilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, coordination, client handling, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ownership and execution mindset; ability to work independently and manage teams, contractors, and multiple sites.
Pay and benefits
- Pay is ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month.
- Provident Fund benefit listed.
Work arrangement
- Work location is in person; the role involves multiple project sites.
