Operating 24/7 from a centralized production facility, FITT Meals services both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business verticals across the UAE, delivering high-quality nutrition solutions at scale.
As the business continues its rapid growth trajectory, we are seeking a highly driven Operations Manager to strengthen operational infrastructure, elevate systems and processes, and help scale the next phase of the company’s operational maturity.
Role Overview
The Operations Manager will play a critical leadership role across the operational ecosystem of FITT Meals, initially overseeing Facilities, Logistics, and Packaging operations, while partnering closely with Production, Supply Chain, Planning, Culinary, Procurement, Commercial, Technology, and Customer Experience teams. This role requires a highly hands-on operator with strong food manufacturing experience, operational discipline, systems-thinking capability, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational performance, improving efficiency, implementing scalable systems, developing SOPs, optimizing logistics and workforce planning, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across Facilities, Logistics, and Packaging departments
- Supervise departmental team leads and ensure alignment across operational functions
- Oversee facilities management and preventative maintenance programs
- Manage fleet operations, dispatch planning, and route optimization
- Oversee picking, packaging, and fulfilment operations
- Develop and improve SOPs across operational departments
- Drive Lean operational methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support ERPNext optimization and operational automation projects
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, food safety, HSE, and operational standards
- Support budgeting, workforce planning, and vendor management
- Build KPI-driven operational reporting structures

Candidate Profile
- Strong GCC/UAE operational experience
- Food manufacturing and meal plan industry experience
• Lean Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Six Sigma methodologies
- HACCP & Food Safety systems
- ERP systems experience (ERPNext preferred)
- Data analytics and operational reporting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities
- Operational automation and systems-thinking mindset

Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, or related field (required).
- MBA/Master’s in Operations/Supply Chain (preferred).
- HACCP certified (required).
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher (preferred).
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification (preferred).
