Overview
- The Operations Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the collection team, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising the collection team and guiding them to achieve specified objectives.
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to improve collection metrics.
- Monitoring performance, analyzing reports, and making appropriate decisions.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Coordinating with other departments to enhance customer experience and reduce outstanding debts.
- Preparing regular reports for senior management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the collection field, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing systems and technologies related to collections.
- Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.

- Management of collection operations and monitoring performance metrics.
- Developing plans and strategies for collections and improving collection rates.
- Leading and managing work teams and effectively delegating tasks.
- Direct supervision of collection staff and monitoring their daily performance.
