Role Overview

Compensation

• Base salary between $65,000-$85,000 per year, based on professional experience and market allocations.
• Bonus potential of up to $18,000 monthly and quarterly.

What You Will Be Doing

• Metrics and Financials: monthly tracking of KPIs, clinic budgets, and team performance.
• Community Engagement: establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout the onboarding journey.
• Team Leadership: attract, engage, and retain 25-50 teammates who deliver on clinical excellence.
• Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans.
• Plan monthly and quarterly team events and celebrations.
• Clinical Outcomes: partner with Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director, and Department Leaders on operations quality.

What You Will Bring

• At least 6 years of people management experience leading a large team of professionals across multiple sites and/or district management.
• Bachelors or Masters degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
• High EQ to work with kids with developmental delays and their families.
• Strong and professional communication style among Department Leaders.
• An impact player who gives an amazing experience to teammates and families.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk and assume a variety of positions including bending, kneeling, squatting, crawling, crouching, climbing, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching at or above shoulder level, and reaching overhead.
