Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop annual business plans and growth strategies with the Branch/Hub Manager.
• Coordinate daily team activities and train, develop, coach, and engage employees.
• Cover Sales and Rental Associate/Coordinator duties as needed and maximize in-person and phone sales opportunities.
• Resolve team issues, monitor equipment inventory, and ensure equipment availability.
• Oversee product quality and merchandising at the location.
• Follow safety commitments, PPE requirements, SOPs, policies, and applicable laws; report unsafe conditions and promote coworker compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of rental or related experience; 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Post-secondary education preferred.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract.
• Able to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong leadership, influencing, communication, organizational, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility, decision-making, and problem-solving.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
