Role overview

Responsibilities

• Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives and comply with company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Manage performance of direct reports, including Inside Sales Representatives, Drivers, and other applicable staff.
• Motivate, coach, and train personnel.
• Promote safety and discipline through leadership, personal compliance, accountability, and communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or a related industry is preferred.
• Strong leadership, motivation, customer service, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable record.

• The posting provides a compensation range of $89,325–$128,630 without specifying a pay period.
