Safety, Compliance & Governance
- Lead and promote a strong safety culture across all operations
- Conduct safety meetings, incident investigations, and root cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies, regulations, and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement in safety, environmental, and compliance practices
Operations Management
- Lead execution of operational activities, including resource planning, asset utilization, and inventory management
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and adherence to safety and operational standards
- Monitor and improve operational processes for efficiency and performance
- Provide technical support to teams and customers across job lifecycle
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure compliance with technical specifications
Customer & Business Management
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with sales teams on bids, pricing, and new business opportunities
- Conduct regular service quality reviews with customers
- Ensure customer requirements are translated into operational procedures
- Drive business growth through operational excellence and customer satisfaction
Financial Accountability
- Own and manage the P&L for the assigned product line/geography
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance
- Optimize resource utilization to improve EBITDA
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and contract requirements
