Operations Manager – Bike Delivery Company (Dubai)
We are hiring an experienced **Operations Manager** for a fast-growing bike delivery company based in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily delivery operations and fleet performance
- Handle rider allocation, scheduling, and route optimization
- Monitor KPIs (on-time delivery, efficiency, costs)
- Coordinate with clients and resolve operational issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE transport and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years experience in delivery/logistics (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem, Noon, Amazon,Keeta,etc.)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing riders/drivers is mandatory
- Good knowledge of Dubai routes and operations
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- **Salary:** To be discussed based on experience
Location:** Dubai
Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
