Responsibilities

  • Plan and supervise clinic operations and school-screening schedules, staffing, equipment, and logistics.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise screening and support teams in coordination with leadership.
  • Ensure equipment readiness, consumables availability, infection-control practices, and adherence to approved SOPs.
  • Coordinate consent collection, accurate data capture, clinician review, and timely parent reports.

  • Monitor attendance, productivity, reporting turnaround, service quality, and operating costs.
  • Resolve delivery issues, document incidents, and promptly escalate clinical concerns to the appropriate clinician.
  • Maintain operational records and improve workflows using digital tools and regular team reviews.
  • Support quality audits and expansion to new partner locations.

Requirements

  • A BDS degree, a degree in Optometry, or a relevant recognized qualification in Behavioural Therapy is required.
  • Preferably 3–6 years of relevant healthcare experience, including team supervision or operations coordination.
  • Experience in clinics, school-health programs, community screening, or child-development services is preferred.
  • Strong planning, staff coordination, parent communication, and digital documentation skills.
  • English communication is required; Kannada is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel locally between partner schools and clinics is required.
  • A child-centred approach, sound judgement, and attention to privacy, consent, and service quality are expected.

Professional scope

  • Clinical activities must remain within each professional's qualifications, registration requirements, and authorized scope.
  • Clinical decisions and abnormal findings must be referred to the appropriate supervising clinician.

Success measures

Success includes reliable program delivery, complete and accurate records, and timely reports and follow-up.

Success also includes well-prepared teams, positive parent and partner experiences, and efficient use of resources.

Application

  • Applicants are asked to provide a CV, professional qualification, and a short example of a team or service-delivery improvement they led.
  • Do not include identifiable patient information.
