• Salary: AED 11,000 to 15,000/month + performance bonus
• Noiro Cafe is a Japanese-inspired drive-thru in Al Khawaneej 1, Dubai, and we're hiring an Operations Manager whose number one job is running the operation day to day and scaling it.
• You'll run the drive-thru open to close, sharpen every single shift, and build the systems and team that take us from one location to many.

• Your core mission: run daily operations and scale them
• Own the day-to-day: every shift, every station, open to close, no detail too small
• Build the playbooks, systems, and standards that make the operation repeatable and ready to scale
• Own the P&L: food cost, labor cost, and inventory control
• Recruit, train, and lead baristas and supervisors into a team that runs without you in the room
• Run POS, scheduling, and delivery platforms (Talabat, Deliveroo, Careem)
• Hold the line on Dubai Municipality food safety standards
• What you bring:
• 3 to 5+ years of UAE F&B operations experience
• Hands-on experience managing coffee shops
• Strong command of P&L, food cost, labor cost, and inventory control
• Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality food safety regulations
• Proven track record recruiting, training, and leading baristas and supervisors
• Experience opening new branches is a major advantage
• Your own vehicle
