Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager located in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, supervise production teams, and coordinate with various departments to meet goals.
Responsibilities
include optimizing processes, managing supply chain activities, maintaining quality standards, and implementing sustainable practices.
The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost control, and staff development to support the company’s mission and objectives.
Qualifications
- Operational Management, Process Improvement, and Workflow Optimization capabilities
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Coordination, and Inventory Management
- Strong leadership, Team Management, and Organizational skills
- Knowledge of Sustainability Practices and Environmental Compliance Standards
- Analytical thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in the leather, fashion, or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous
