Hiring: Operations Manager (United Arab Emirates)

We are currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Type

Full-Time

Responsibilities

Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity
Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Analyze operational data and prepare performance reports for senior management
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflows and service delivery

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in operations management, business operations, or a similar leadership role
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with performance management, process improvement, and KPI tracking
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business management systems
