Operations Manager

You'll be responsible for:

Leading all warehouse activities from goods-in to dispatch

Creating a high-performing culture through strong leadership, coaching, and team development

Driving operational efficiency, productivity, and service improvements

Ensuring inventory accuracy through robust stock control and warehouse processes

Monitoring key performance indicators and using data to make informed decisions

Championing Health & Safety and maintaining standards

Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that deliver measurable results

Collaborating with supply chain, logistics, procurement, and customer teams to ensure a seamless operation

Managing resources, budgets, and costs while maintaining exceptional service levels
