Role Description
Lead and oversee day-to-day business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures that optimize workflows, improve resource utilization, and enhance overall business performance.
Monitor operational metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive data-informed decision-making.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage operational projects, and ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen operational excellence, and support sustainable growth through effective planning, execution, and performance management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
Advanced knowledge of operational planning, process optimization, performance management, resource allocation, and business process improvement methodologies.
Proficiency in spreadsheets, reporting tools, business management systems, and operational analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
Strong organizational and decision-making capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of budgeting, risk management, quality assurance, compliance standards, and continuous improvement frameworks is highly advantageous.
