The Operations Lead is a full-time, remote role overseeing day-to-day operations across MEDirect’s virtual clinic ecosystem.
The role coordinates workflows, manages operational processes, and supports rollout and optimization of platform features.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operational activities across the virtual clinic ecosystem.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows and manage operational processes.
- Support rollout and optimization of platform features.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with product, support, and customer success teams to support clinic onboarding.
- Coordinate integrations with labs, radiology centers, pharmacies, and insurers.
- Create operational best practices, documentation, and guidelines to support scale and compliance.
Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, business operations, or process management within SaaS, healthcare, or related industries.
- Skills in workflow design, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and coordinate projects remotely.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including operational KPIs, data-driven decision-making, and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
- Comfort with SaaS products, CRM systems, project management software, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
- Telehealth, health tech, or clinical operations experience is beneficial but not required.
