Overview
We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Operations Head to oversee day-to-day operations of our food snacks business.
The role requires managing production planning, inventory control, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, customer service, and retail operations while ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will supervise a small operations team and play a key role in supporting business growth across e-commerce platforms, retail channels, exhibitions, and special events.

Operations & Team Management
- Supervise and manage 1–2 Operations Assistants responsible for:
- E-commerce order fulfillment and packing.
- Packaging and preparation of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure all operational activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance and training when required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards within the facility.
Production Planning & Inventory Management
- Forecast production requirements based on sales trends, upcoming campaigns, and inventory levels.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to ensure product availability.
- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Coordinate replenishment with suppliers to avoid stock shortages or overstocking.
- Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Logistics & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Manage deliveries between suppliers, warehouses, fulfillment centers, and customers.
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders across various e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Liaise with logistics providers and delivery partners to resolve operational issues.
E-commerce & Quick Commerce Operations
- Manage daily order flow across multiple online sales channels and quick commerce platforms.
- Ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and compliance with platform requirements.
- Coordinate with platform representatives when needed to resolve operational issues.
- Monitor platform performance and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Customer Service & Complaint Handling
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Investigate customer issues and implement corrective actions when required.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction standards and service quality.
Retail & Event Operations
- Oversee day-to-day shop operations and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Plan and coordinate operational requirements for special occasions, seasonal campaigns, and promotional events.
- Support product launches and new business initiatives.
Exhibitions & Brand Representation
- Represent the company professionally during exhibitions, trade shows, and business events.
- Present products confidently to potential customers, partners, and distributors.
- Ensure exhibition setups are well-organized and aligned with brand standards.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare operational reports covering inventory, fulfillment performance, production planning, and logistics activities.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Support management in implementing new systems, processes, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, food production, retail operations, or a similar role.
- Experience within food manufacturing, food packaging, snacks, confectionery, or FMCG industries is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving license.

- Experience with inventory management and production forecasting.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable and confident when representing the company externally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic operational reporting.
- Ability to lead small teams and drive accountability.

- Experience managing e-commerce and quick commerce operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and handling standards.
