Oversee branch operations in business development, sales, customer relationship management and collection support.
Manage assigned customers, improve sales performance, ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction, and support business growth through cross-functional coordination.
Duties and responsibilities
- Monitor branch performance through system data and reports and act to improve sales, retention, customer satisfaction and business performance.
- Maintain classified, current customer data across Web, App and Middleware modules; monitor usage, connectivity, data flow and timely updates.
- Coordinate resolution of branch issues with operations, sales, inventory, purchasing, accounts, logistics and other department heads.
- Resolve branch stock issues with inventory and delivery or transportation issues with logistics.
- Assess customer accounts and support credit-extension decisions with Finance; monitor payment terms and outstanding balances.
- Manage team targets and monthly KPIs; prepare monthly and yearly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing to grow sales and market coverage, and with sales teams to achieve branch targets.
- Manage the assigned team and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle inquiries, complaints and service issues and ensure customer concerns are resolved satisfactorily.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Commerce is required; an MBA in Marketing or Sales Management is preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license required.
- Sales management or customer relationship management certification preferred.
- At least eight years of sales and marketing experience, including three years in a managerial role.
- Automotive spare parts, trading or multi-branch retail distribution experience preferred.
Skills
- ERP sales, inventory and receivables modules; advanced MS Excel and sales performance reporting.
- Vehicle spare parts and brand-range product knowledge.
- Customer relationship management, negotiation, complaint handling, credit assessment and receivables control.
- Leadership, team coordination and branch performance management.
- Commercial judgment, integrity and confidentiality.
Working conditions
- Full-time, permanent position with responsibility across assigned branches and territories.
- Six days a week; standard trading-industry hours, with extended hours during month-end, target closing and branch launch periods.
- Handles confidential customer credit, pricing and margin information.
Pay
- AED 7,000–8,000 per month.
