Operations General Supervisor (MS, Brookhaven)

Manufacturing Operations General Supervisor for the Brookhaven, Mississippi Operations.

Primarily responsibilities include management of operating system with emphasis on achieving the lean goals.

• Provide leadership that drives rapid achievement of lean goals with strict adherence to the Operating Systems
• Provide leadership to achieve all plant goals in a Union environment
• Work closely with PC&L, Quality and other management staff to ensure schedules are optimal & achievable
• Hire, develop, & retain a Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement Staff capable of achieving objectives
• Meet safety, quality, cost targets (meet the budget)
• Control inventory & DIO to meet targets; maintain strict control to achieve zero premium, achieve OE target)
• Effectively communicate & interact with people at all levels & geographies (both internal & external)
• Manage AR & Project expense; meet capital budget
• Direct management to salaried, contract and hourly employees
