About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to support day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for improving operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor workflows and assist in process improvements.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support business objectives.
- Track project progress and follow up on action items.
- Assist in preparing operational reports and performance metrics.
- Support vendor, client, and stakeholder communications.
- Identify operational challenges and recommend solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, administration, coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
