Position Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our Dubai office.
This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's daily operations and supporting the organization's growth and efficiency goals.
The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and able to coordinate and manage multiple tasks while ensuring exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the sales team to gather client information and initial requirements.
- Manage client onboarding processes, including document collection and verification.
- Maintain accurate client databases and ensure timely communication throughout the business setup process.
- Assist consultants with company registration procedures and liaise with relevant Dubai government authorities.
- Track application progress and ensure timely completion of all necessary approvals.
- Prepare meeting agendas and presentations as needed.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for client documents and company records.
- Implement and manage operational policies and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the consultancy to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with consultants to deliver exceptional client service.
- Maintain client databases and ensure confidentiality of client information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., HR, Marketing) to achieve organizational objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in operations management or support roles, preferably within a consultancy or corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of Dubai's company registration and government procedures is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Ability to commute/relocate:
- Media City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
