Role Overview
ZYUS EduTech provides live online CBSE tuition for students in grades 9 through 12.
The Operations Executive will take ownership of daily educational operations and team coordination.
This is a full-time remote work-from-home role for a UAE resident.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain daily timetables, subject allocations, and class schedules for grades 9 through 12.
- Coordinate tutor availability and onboarding for new teaching staff.
- Monitor live classes and arrange immediate coverage for absent teachers.
- Support student onboarding and track attendance and assignments.
- Serve as the main contact for parent enquiries regarding schedules or changes.
- Keep student records, mentor databases, and batch details current in CRM and management systems.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must reside in the UAE.
- Requires 2 to 3 years of Operations Executive experience; EdTech experience is preferred.
- BTech, MSc, or MBA is preferred.
- Requires strong communication and organisational skills.
- Must be able to work independently in a remote setup.
Compensation and Work Terms
- Three-month probation period.
- Starting probation salary is ₹15,000 per month.
- Salary after probation is ₹20,000 per month in hand.
- Notice period is 30 days.
