Yard operations
- Coordinate daily vehicle movements into and out of the yard; supervise loading, unloading, staging, and dispatch.
- Maintain accurate yard inventory and update system records in real time.
- Inspect vehicles for damage or discrepancies and report issues; ensure vehicles are placed according to the yard layout and plan.
- Enforce safety protocols, conduct yard audits, and oversee yard cleanliness, organization, and maintenance.
Coordination and team oversight
- Communicate with logistics, sales, and service departments to support business needs.
- Train yard personnel and operators and monitor performance.
- Liaise with transport vendors and drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.
Qualifications and experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a diploma in logistics, automotive, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in yard operations or automotive logistics.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; familiarity with vehicle handling and inspection procedures.
- Ability to operate yard management systems or inventory tools.
- Two years of open yard managing experience is preferred.
Pay
- Pay starts at AED 6,000 per month.
