We're looking for an Operations Excellence Manager who can lead transformation initiatives, optimize business performance, and build a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

- Analyzing operational data and KPIs to drive informed decision-making
- Managing transformation and change management initiatives
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies
- Establishing performance frameworks and operational best practices
🎯 Who You Are
- Experienced in Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Transformation, or Operational Management roles
- Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Process Improvement, and Operational Excellence methodologies
- Skilled in data analysis, performance management, and business process optimization
- A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead change and deliver measurable business outcomes
