- As one of Singapore's most trusted security providers, we continue to grow and are seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead our operations team.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Provide strong leadership in Security Operations
✔ Ensure Risk Management & Regulatory Compliance
✔ Drive Strategic Planning, Growth & Operational Excellence
✔ Manage Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities
✔ Lead Staff Training, Development & Security Awareness
✔ Build Strong Client & Stakeholder Relationships
✔ Represent the organization and maintain high client satisfaction
Job Requirements
✔ WSQ Diploma in Security or relevant qualification
Must possess a valid Grade CSO (Chief Security Officer) certification/licence
✔ Minimum 10 years of Security Operations experience
✔ At least 5 years in a leadership or management role
✔ Proven track record in the Singapore Security Industry (Mandatory)
✔ Strong experience in Investigations, Audits & Compliance
✔ Excellent Risk Assessment & Mitigation capabilities
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ Willing to work weekends and extended hours when required
