Role overview

Responsibilities

• Analyze servicing, collections, application-funnel, and contact-center performance.
• Build automated reports and data files for lending partners, investors, and vendors.
• Maintain Snowflake and dbt data models and support dashboards for operations leaders.
• Standardize metric definitions, audit models, and reconcile results with partner figures.
• Identify performance gaps, test hypotheses, and develop business cases and recommendations.
• Use AI tools to streamline analytics work and partner across data engineering, product, and business teams.

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
• Strong SQL and experience building and maintaining data models.
• Proficiency with a BI tool such as Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Business acumen and ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Able to manage workload and deliver on time with minimal direction.
• Experience with AI/ML tools or implementation of AI-driven solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred qualifications

• Fintech, financial services, or high-growth-company experience is a plus.
• Python or another programming language for data analysis is a plus.
• Salesforce Service Cloud experience is a plus.
• A related master's degree is a plus.
