Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking an Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day platform activities on Micro1.

The role involves ensuring seamless execution of operational workflows and resolving user-related issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor platform activities to identify and address operational bottlenecks or anomalies.
  • Process and verify user transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve platform-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of operations, transactions, and support interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with platform operations or customer support in a digital environment is required.
  • Proficiency in data entry and record-keeping is mandatory.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve user issues are essential.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision is required.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications and tools is preferred.
