Operations Coordinator

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Coordinate warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations for timely and accurate product movement.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor supplier deliveries, and follow up on open orders.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock reconciliations, and support cycle counts.
• Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PL providers to resolve issues and improve service.
• Prepare operational reports and analyze supply chain data for business decisions.
• Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Experience and qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, customer service, purchasing administration, warehouse administration, inventory control, or operations support.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders.
• ERP systems, Power BI, demand planning, forecasting, inventory analysis, or 3PL experience is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at the stated Rowville, Victoria facility.
