Responsibilities
1.
Maintain a track of all ongoing activities, tasks, renewals, approvals, and operational requirements across all Departments.
2.
Perform regular follow-ups and ensure that assigned tasks, action items, renewals, and approvals are completed on time, while providing timely reminders and updates to the Management and concerned Departments.
3.
Maintain proper records, trackers, meeting notes, and documentation for all important business activities.
4.
Coordinate effectively with all respective departments to ensure that tasks are executed, completed, and acted upon proactively and on time.
5.
Assist the Sales and Operations Coordinators in monitoring tasks, following up pending actions, and coordinating internal and external requirements.
6.
Coordinate with Finance, Administration, and PRO for invoice follow-ups, company document renewals, approvals, and other administrative requirements.
7.
Provide administrative and coordination support to Executives and Managers, including preparation of business correspondence and, on an occasional basis, quotations, proposals, and agreements.
Requirements
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Excellent business writing, documentation, email drafting, and correspondence skills.
· Strong coordination, follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
· Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working with minimum supervision.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
· Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
· Role based in Dubai.
