Role overview
Coordinates corrective and preventive maintenance work orders for a designated portfolio of buildings.
Connects the Call Center, technicians, engineers, procurement, and management to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, prioritize, and assign work orders according to urgency and SLA.
- Monitor technician attendance, arrival, and progress; follow jobs through completion.
- Coordinate technical support and procurement of required materials or spare parts.
- Verify reports, photos, and completion details; accurately update and close work orders in the maintenance system.
- Prepare daily operational reports; track pending, repeat, and overdue jobs.
- Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and communicate with internal teams and clients as needed.
- Ensure company procedures and client SLAs are followed.
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years in facilities management, property management, maintenance, or technical operations.
- Experience coordinating multiple technicians is preferred.
Technical and personal skills
- Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and general maintenance; CMMS or maintenance management software; Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Able to prepare operational reports, analyze work-order status, and monitor SLAs and KPIs.
- Strong organization, planning, communication, coordination, decision-making, problem-solving, attention to detail, teamwork, and time management; able to manage priorities under pressure.
- Fluent spoken and written English; Arabic is advantageous.
Preferred experience and performance measures
Preferred background includes facilities management companies, property management, building maintenance, AMC contracts, and residential or commercial buildings; UAE driving license is advantageous.
KPIs include SLA compliance, response and completion times, overdue jobs, first-time fix rate, customer satisfaction, repeat complaints, daily closures, and report accuracy.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 2,000–4,000 per month.
