Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Generalist to work on a contract basis to support daily operations and administrative functions.

The role requires adaptability to handle varied tasks across departments while ensuring smooth workflow execution.

Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and reconciling accounts.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual event support as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile reports on assigned topics to support team decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails and reports.
  • Attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and financial documentation.
