Operations Consultant - Flex

Role Overview

Position Details

Client Service

• Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service to clients during store business hours.
• Assist in training other cashiers and consultants on POS and MPOS systems.

Store Presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the cashier zone.
• Assist in maintaining Sephora merchandising concepts.
• Participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

Merchandising and Operations

• Receive and process shipments in a timely manner.
• Organize and maintain the stockroom according to company standards.
• Process transfers, damages, and testers according to company standards.
• Check in visual elements and report missing or damaged pieces to the Operations Supervisor.
• Maintain safety and tidiness standards at all times.
• Communicate inventory issues to supervisors or managers.
• Ensure compliance with sampling policies and procedures and participate in inventory control.
• Cross-train in cashier functions when designated.

Skills and Qualifications

• One to two years of retail or client service industry experience, preferably in a stockroom capacity.
• Good computer, arithmetic, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask while remaining attentive to client and business needs.
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required.

Physical Requirements

• Work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bend and stretch to stock shelves.

Compensation

• Compensation ranges from CAD$19.20 to CAD$22.60 per hour.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities and benefits may be available.
