The role coordinates the office, site teams, purchasing, joinery, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other project teams to keep activities planned and on schedule.

The Operations Coordinator supports day-to-day project and operational activities for interior fit-out work.
The role coordinates the office, site teams, purchasing, joinery, electrical, plumbing, painting, and other project teams to keep activities planned and on schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with site visits and record project requirements and site updates.
- Support preparation of quotations, BOQs, and material requirements from project information.
- Monitor activities and provide regular updates to the Operations Manager.
- Identify delays, pending requirements, and coordination issues and escalate them.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Support the Operations Manager in keeping projects on the planned schedule.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project coordination is preferred.
- Good organizational and coordination skills and understanding of interior fit-out activities and construction processes.
- Communicate effectively with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Basic understanding of BOQs, quotations, materials, and project schedules.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel; able to multitask and follow up on several activities.
- Proactive and responsible, and willing to learn.
- UAE interior fit-out or construction experience and a UAE driving licence are preferred; five years of interior fit-out operations coordination experience is preferred.
Pay
- AED 3,000–8,000 per month.

- Work location is in person.
