Supports the daily administrative and operational functions of a business or department.
Help ensure workflows run efficiently by coordinating schedules, maintaining records, assisting with reporting, handling communications, and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operational activities and administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents
- Monitor inventory, supplies, and vendor communications
- Support project coordination and workflow management
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal requests
- Help track budgets, invoices, and purchase orders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency
Required Skills and Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate/bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous administrative or operations experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
