About The Role

• Ride.Rent UAE is hiring an Operations Associate to support daily marketplace operations and ensure smooth booking and partner coordination.
• This role focuses on handling bookings, coordinating with suppliers, resolving operational issues, and maintaining service quality across the platform.
• You will work closely with account management, customer support, and internal teams to ensure timely execution of rentals, accurate data updates, and consistent operational standards.
• What You Will Bring!
• One to three years of experience in operations support customer operations or marketplace roles
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
• Experience handling bookings partner coordination or service issues
• Basic understanding of operational KPIs and process workflows
• Problem solving mindset with focus on execution and resolution
• Comfort working with internal tools dashboards and CRM systems
• Willingness to adapt and support business needs in real time
