Role Overview
The Operations team coordinates day-to-day operations from customer order placement through package delivery.
The role supports product processing, order readiness, data accuracy, and customer care escalations.
What You’ll Do
- Receive products and enter product details into the internal system.
- Perform quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Review orders to ensure they are ready to ship to customers.
- Support the customer care team by phone and email with product-related escalations.
- Complete high-volume data entry within specified time frames while maintaining accuracy.
- Meet goals and targets assigned by leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Bonus Qualifications
- Experience in data entry or administrative fields is preferred.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is preferred.
- Interest in socially and environmentally responsible organizations and products is preferred.
Compensation
- The targeted compensation budget is $21 per hour.
