, a system design house based in Abu Dhabi.

This regional company focuses on delivering voice, video, and data communication systems for critical sectors across the GCC, including oil and gas, utilities, government, and transportation.

TDM Middle East provides design and supply solutions and is currently serving major clients in the UAE’s industrial and public sectors, including DEWA, Dubai Municipality, Duabi and Abu Dhabi Police, and the Presidential Court (MOPA).

We are a lean, founder-led business.

You will be working directly alongside the General Manager across operations, sales, and marketing.

What You Will Do

  • Own the day-to-day:
  • Manage day-to-day operations — enquiries, quotations, supplier coordination, and order follow-through from first contact to payment and delivery
  • Take partial ownership of the existing client portfolio and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Follow up on open quotations and drive conversions
  • Support marketing activity with our Marketing Team — assist with content, company communications, LinkedIn presence, and preparation of marketing materials
  • Develop product knowledge across the TDM Middle East portfolio— including communication systems, safety solutions, and new product lines — to quote the right solution for each client use case
  • Drive lead generation and cold outreach — proactively identify and pursue new clients across Oil & Gas, Utilities, Healthcare, Transportation, and Government sectors
  • Attend site visits, client meetings, and occasional exhibitions

Who You Are — Non-Negotiable Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, sales-support, or business operations role in a technical or B2B environment in the UAE.
  • Demonstrated Sales capabilities, including opportunity identification, issuing quotations, and relationship management.
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Fluent English speaker. Arabic is a strong advantage.
  • Based in Abu Dhabi field visits across UAE are part of this role. UAE driving licence is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating independently with minimal supervision.
  • You are fanatical about record keeping. Honest and loyal above all else, and an early starter and punctual.
