Operations
- Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination.
- Work with third-party logistics partners to support last-mile delivery.
- Coordinate returns and customer service touchpoints.
- Maintain operational SOPs and identify efficiency improvements.
- Support internal reporting, order reconciliations, and process automation.
Inventory Management
- Monitor stock across warehouses, retail partners, and online channels; maintain accurate records and stock availability for all SKUs.
- Coordinate reorders and replenishment with procurement.
- Track expiry dates and manage FIFO/FEFO systems for perishable or dated goods.
- Conduct stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory and sales reports for forecasting and planning.
Language
- Fluent English is required.
Pay
- AED 2,500–4,000 per month.
Commute
- Applicants are asked whether they can reliably commute to Dubai or plan to relocate before starting.
