Position overview

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and complex transactions and processes using standard policies and procedures.
• Identify exceptions, escalate complex transactions, and coordinate with service partners and customers to complete transactions.
• Ensure materials and documentation are available and equipment is operational when applicable.
• Advise customers, review processes, recommend improvements, and assist with improvement projects.
• Assist with training and onboarding new hires.
• Review transactions and related documents for accuracy, completeness, service-level conformance, and policy compliance; participate in risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Related experience or product knowledge; roles at this level typically require 3+ years of experience.
• An associate degree or equivalent is typical; a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Customer focus and effective management of business risks are expected.
• Preferred skills include accountability, customer solutions, personal initiative, process improvement, results orientation, risk mitigation, and SOP knowledge.
• Competencies include accuracy, communication, managing multiple priorities, problem solving, process management, and knowledge of operational functions, products, and procedures.

Pay

• Base salary is listed as $37,500–$62,500; no pay cadence is specified.
