Career Service Operations Analyst I position in the Florida Department of Corrections Office of Administration at Central Office in Tallahassee.

The position is not telework and requires reporting to the FDC office in the area served.
Compensation
- Salary is $34,760 annually.
Job duties
- Assist with scheduling and completing work orders for Central Office program areas using the inmate work squad; communicate with affected parties.
- Submit work orders and janitorial requests, ensure completion, escalate hazardous environments, and analyze data for trends.
- Complete high-volume copy, print, and plotter requests; assist with maintenance and servicing of multifunction printers and copiers.
- Support daily mail and package transport and mailroom operations, including receiving, sorting, opening, and distributing items.
- Assist with Central Office fleet issues and special projects.
Required qualifications
- Valid Florida driver's license.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds.
- Applicants must pass a Level 2 background check before starting work.
Preferred qualifications
- Adobe software proficiency for printing tasks is preferred.
- Prior work order management experience is preferred.
- Experience transporting, sorting, opening, and distributing mail and packages is preferred.
- Skill using multifunction devices, plotters, and printers for large print requests is preferred.
