Schedule and employment
- Full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Work location
- Office-based at Manor Royal, Crawley; candidates should be able to commute directly to the office.
Pay
- Salary is £25,000–£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
- Set up gas, electricity, water and council tax accounts, plus broadband and TV packages, with high accuracy.
- Use HubSpot, a custom Laravel-backed platform, spreadsheets and external utility databases.
- Process large datasets, spot anomalies and structure information; Python, advanced Excel or AI tools may help improve speed.
- Call suppliers, councils or customers to resolve utility issues rather than relying only on email.
- Track workflow friction, identify broken processes and provide insights to technology and operations teams to support automation.
Candidate requirements
- A-level or equivalent education is required.
- One year of commercial data or spreadsheet experience is required.
- Strong mathematical or analytical foundation, computer literacy, logical problem-solving and attention to accuracy.
- Curiosity about technology, software, AI tools or coding and scripting; Python or advanced formulas are a plus.
- Practical, action-oriented approach and ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
- Able to commute to Manor Royal and commit to a five-day in-office schedule.
