The role owns reporting on costs, grades, sales, and net results, and uses those insights to support buying decisions and manage cash and inventory.
Responsibilities

- Track cards through intake, checks, grading, and return for streaming; record cost and value and flag cards unlikely to grade well.
- Create buyer lists and rules covering price ceilings, card quantities, and sales performance; check trip lists against inventory before purchases.
- Organize and label cards so the team can locate inventory quickly.
- Coordinate buyers’ and processors’ schedules and output, help train new people, and give leadership an honest operational update.

- Hands-on experience handling and reconciling cash.
- Experience coordinating a small team’s daily work.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel to Japan; valid driver’s license for card shows.
- Must be able to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work onsite in Arcadia, California, five days a week.
Nice-to-have qualifications
- Trading-card buying, selling, or grading experience; Pokémon, TCG, or sports cards are relevant.
- High-volume selling experience on Whatnot, eBay, or TikTok Shop.
- Startup or early-stage company experience, Japanese language ability, or experience building SOPs and training documents.
Compensation
- Pay is $65,000 to $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
