Part-time hybrid Operations Analyst role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with in-office collaboration and flexible work-from-home arrangements.

The role supports operational analysis and project delivery across campaigns, releases, and client projects.

Analyze operational data and prepare reports and dashboards for decision-making.
Track budgets and financial performance; review invoices and expenses and support basic accounting and accurate records.
Document processes, identify bottlenecks, and suggest workflow efficiencies.
Support internal and client communications, respond to operational inquiries, and collaborate to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Strong analytical skills to interpret data, build reports, and identify trends for operational and strategic decisions.
Clear written and verbal communication and ability to collaborate with internal teams and clients.
Foundational finance skills in budget tracking, cost analysis, and basic financial reporting.
Accounting-related skills in record-keeping, invoice review, and expense reconciliation.
Professional, responsive, client-focused customer service; organization and time-management abilities.
Relevant experience in operations, consulting, or business analysis and proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred; music or creative-industry experience is advantageous.
